The chances are that if you are reading this section you already know something about databases. If not then put simply a database is a software system for storing and utilising data of one kind or another. A database consists of one or more tables that have columns which allow for the storage and retrieval of information such as sales figures and product descriptions. Few large businesses could successfully operate without some way of storing important client, sales and operational information. Increasingly many small businesses recognise the administrative value of a database to order and provide reports on their operations. Apart from the administrative convenience of a good database the most important point to remember is that they save you money.
We provide database solutions for both office and online environments. We also specialise in the integration and/or upgrading of existing databases. You may be a small business looking for a system to deal with your office administration or a large online business seeking to expand or overhaul an existing multi database set up. In these and most other cases, the nature and size of your business requirement will determine the cost of the project. For certain customers however we do have a variety of existing databases and data management interfaces that can cater for their business needs. These usually work out cheaper as the development has already been done. All that is required in these cases is tailoring them to the individual customer.
